Fox Force Terms & Conditions

The Fox Force program (the “Program”) is offered, if at all, in Mint’s sole discretion, and is is subject to change at any time without notice.  The Program is subject to Mint’s general promotional terms and conditions contained in Mint’s T&Cs. Membership in the Program may be made available, if at all, in Mint’s sole discretion, and only to current Mint subscribers in good standing who, by joining the Program, agree to these Fox Force Force Terms (the “Terms”), Mint’s Privacy Policy, Mint’s Site Terms of Use, and Mint’s Acceptable Use Policy (hereinafter, “Members”). Mint reserves the right to remove, or request to remove, any social media posts in violation of any of these Terms. By joining, you agree to abide by these Terms including, without limitation, observing the content restrictions described herein and using the hashtag #MintFoxForce with all relevant posts. Positive reviews are not a requirement for membership in the Program. Perks, including any discounts, “free” service, promotional credits, and/or swag (collectively, “Perks”), shall only be offered, if at all, in Mint Mobile’s sole discretion, and may be modified or terminated, at any time without notice. To the greatest extent permissible by applicable law, under no circumstances shall any Perks be transferrable, combinable with any other offer, or redeemable for any amount of cash or credit. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms, Mint’s Privacy Policy, Mint’s Site Terms of Use and/or Mint’s Acceptable Use Policy, including, without limitation, for any post which (in Mint Mobile’s sole discretion) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, which gives rise to civil liability, or which otherwise violates any law.
