New activation is required. The Mint Mobile Starter Kit Risk Free Trial Offer (“Mint Starter Kit Trial”) must be activated within 45 days after receiving your Mint Starter Kit Trial SIM cards. You may only activate your Mint Starter Kit Trial through the Mint Mobile app available on iOS and Android platforms. A valid email, telephone number, mailing address, and credit card is required to purchase a Mint Starter Kit Trial, which may be requested through the Mint Mobile app or at mintmobile.com/free.
Each Mint Starter Kit Trial SIM card includes Mint Mobile service with up to 100 SMS messages, 100 voice minutes, and 100 MB of 4G LTE data at speeds no less than 64 kbps. Your Mint Starter Kit Trial SIM card will be deactivated on the earlier of: (i) your consumption of all the SMS messages, voice minutes, and data available through your Mint Starter Kit Trial SIM cards; or (ii) your request for a refund of the $5.00 purchase price for the Mint Starter Kit Trial, which must be requested within seven (7) calendar days after activation of your Mint Starter Kit Trial.
Your credit card will be charged $5.00 to purchase a Mint Starter Kit Trial. Your purchase includes the cost of shipping two Mint Starter Kit Trial SIM cards to you, as well as any applicable taxes and fees. At any time during your Mint Starter Kit Trial, you may either: (i) convert to a full Mint Mobile service plan and receive $5.00 off your selected Mint Mobile service plan; or (ii) request a full $5.00 refund from https://www.mintmobile.com/return-policy/ or by calling a Mint Customer Care agent at 213-372-7777. Your Mint Starter Kit Trial SIM cards will be deactivated after approval of your refund, which will be processed within seven (7) calendar days. Mint Mobile will only issue refunds for purchases of the Mint Starter Kit Trial made through the Mint Mobile app or at mintmobile.com/free.
Mint Mobile service is not available in all areas. All international long distance service included in the Mint service is provided by PLD, LLC, which is not affiliated with Mint Mobile. Use of the Mint Mobile service is subject to the Mint Terms & Conditions (available at mintsim.com/plan-terms-and-conditions). To get 4G LTE speed, you must have a 4G LTE capable device. Actual availability, coverage, and speed may vary.
Your Mint Starter Kit Trial is not renewable and you must become a paid subscriber to the Mint Mobile service in order to continue your access to the Mint Mobile service. If you wish to transfer your mobile phone number from your existing carrier at the end of your Mint Starter Kit Trial, you will need to use the second Mint Starter Kit Trial SIM or purchase a new Mint SIM from mintsim.com. Once you activate a standard Mint Mobile service plan, airtime expiration is subject to the terms of your plan.
