You will need to purchase 4G LTE data add-ons, but will be reimbursed in full for that data purchase. We will issue refunds within 24 hours, but your credit card’s bank may take longer to process the refund. The easiest way to purchase data add-ons is through the Mint Mobile app, but you may also purchase them in account management or by messaging UPDATA to 6700. Data is available in 1GB ($10) or 3GB ($20) add-ons. We recommend purchase of the 3GB option.

You may get as many 4G LTE add-ons as you need and you will be reimbursed in full for all of them as long as they are purchased before 11:59pm PST on May 14. However, you can only purchase one 1GB or one 3GB add-on at one time.

You may purchase one 1GB or one 3GB add-on at a time. When you have exhausted 95% of the add-on you may purchase another.

The easiest way to see how much 4G LTE data you have remaining in your account is through the Mint Mobile app. You can also log into account management on my.mintmobile.com and look for data usage in the Balances section.

Our free data add-on offer is available to all Mint customers who activate a full plan on or before April 14, 2020.
