To be eligible for free data add-ons, you:
1. Must be a Mint customers who activated a full plan on or before April 14, 2020
2. Must not downgrade your plan to a lower data amount between 4/14 and 6/14 or while the offer is available.

If you are on a trial plan during this time, and do not activate to a full plan before April 14, 2020, you will not qualify for this offer.

Starting from April 15 until June 14, 2020, you will now be able to purchase our unlimited data add-ons for $0, as long as you are an eligible customer. If you are not seeing zero dollars, then it could be due to one of the below reasons:

1. You activated a full Mint full plan, after April 14, 2020

2. You downgraded your plan to a lower data amount.

3. You are eligible, but need to download the lastest version of our app.

4. You are using 6700 to add data. When you text ‘DATA’ to 6700, you will see $10 or $20 as options. When you make your choice, we will add the data, but will not deduct any funds from your wallet balance if you are eligible.

You can get as many data add-ons as you need, but you can only add one 1GB, or one 3GB add-on at a time. When you have exhausted 95% of that add-on, then you can add another. Remember data add-ons expire at the end of your monthly cycle.

The easiest way to see how much 4G LTE data you have remaining in your account is through the Mint Mobile app. You can also log into account management on my.mintmobile.com and look for data usage in the Balances section.
