Perks, including any discounts, “free” service, promotional credits, and/or swag (collectively, “Perks”), shall only be offered, if at all, in Mint Mobile’s sole discretion, and may be modified or terminated, at any time without notice. To the greatest extent permissible by applicable law, under no circumstances shall any Perks be transferrable, combinable with any other offer, or redeemable for any amount of cash or credit. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time for violation of these Terms, Mint’s Site Terms of Use and/or Mint’s Privacy Policy, including, without limitation, for any posts which (in Mint Mobile’s sole discretion) is unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, which gives rise to civil liability, or which otherwise violates any law.
