I’ve ordered – when will my SIM be delivered?

Want to check your order status or track your shipment? You can do that anytime here. Once your order ships, you’ll also receive a tracking link via email.

Order processing takes up to 2 business days prior to shipment. Any orders submitted after 1PM EST will begin processing the following weekday. We don’t fill orders on holidays or the weekend. Once the order has shipped, it will be delivered based on the customer’s selected delivery method. When your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number which you can monitor obsessively by clicking the link in the email.

The fastest way to get Mint service is ordering an eSIM.  If your phone is eSIM-compatible, we’ll email your eSIM after you order.
