How do I find my activation code?

To activate your Mint phone plan, you’ll need your activation code. Where you find it depends on if you ordered an eSIM or a physical SIM card plan.

If you ordered an eSIM

When you purchase an eSIM, your activation code is sent to the email address you used at checkout. Look for a confirmation email from [email protected]

If you don’t see the email, try the following:

  • Search for “Mint Mobile”, “activation code”, or “order confirmation”
  • Check your Spam or Junk folder
  • Look in Promotions or Updates tabs
  • Make sure you’re checking the same email used during purchase

If you ordered a SIM Card

For SIM Cards, the activation code isn’t emailed. It’s printed directly on the SIM Card you receive in the mail. When your SIM kit arrives, look for the card holding your SIM and locate the printed activation code on the back of the SIM card.
