How do I set up and manage auto renewal? When you’re not paying a bill every single month, it’s easy to lose track of when your account is set to renew. We will notify you by text and email when your renewal date is coming up, but there’s an easier way to renew your plan with Auto Renewal. Auto Renewal makes it easy to automatically renew your wireless plan and put your savings on auto-pilot. With auto Renewal turned on, you never have to worry about forgetting your plan renewal or deal with interruptions to your service. Instructions on how to activate auto renewal are below. Any changes to your plan or Auto Renewal cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled Auto Renewal date. How to set up Auto Renewal during Purchase and Activation At Purchase When you purchase your Mint Mobile plan through our website, you will be given the option to enable Auto Renewal at checkout. If enabled, you will be charged on the same card you purchased your plan with once your current plan is up for renewal. During Activation You can set up Auto Renewal during activation through the Mint Mobile app only. FYI: if you enable Auto Renewal at your time of purchase, you will not be asked to enable it during activation. How to set up Auto Renewal in the Mint Mobile app If your account is already active but Auto Renewal isn’t, you can log in to your account via the Mint Mobile app to switch the Auto Renewal toggle on in seconds.
