• Open your Mint Mobile app
• Click on Account on the right bottom corner
• Click on My Details
• Fill out the following categories:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Mailing Address

Our website also provides access to your account information. Follow these simple steps:

• Log into your Mint Mobile account at mintmobile.com/login
• Scroll down to Account on the left rail
• Click on My Profile & Security
• Under Personal Information, fill out the following categories:
  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Email Address
• Scroll down to Mailing Address to enter your physical mailing address
