How do I update my payment method?

There are two ways to update the payment method on your Mint Mobile account: in the Mint Mobile app or in your account online. 

Updating your payment method in the Mint Mobile app

1. Open the Mint Mobile app on your phone and log in to your account
2. Click Menu in the bottom right-hand corner
3. Scroll down to Payment Method
4. Update your payment method and tap Save

Updating your payment method in your account online

1. Log into your account at my.mintmobile.com/
2. Click on Payment Method in the left column
3. Update your payment method and click Save
