Can I change the data amount after purchasing this promotion?

This is a limited-time promotional offer so you will not be able to keep the $10/month rate if you make changes to your plan before the six months are up. If you purchase a lower data plan and decide you want to increase your data before the promotional plan ends, you will have to pay the prorated difference between the promotional price you originally paid and the standard rate of your new plan.

When it’s time to renew, you can switch plans in the Mint Mobile app or in your account online at my.mintmobile.com.

Can I change the length of my plan after purchasing this promotion?

You can’t change the duration of your current plan once it’s started. However, you can set up a new plan duration to automatically renew at the end of your current plan in the Mint Mobile app or in your account online at my.mintmobile.com/.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind after purchasing this promotion?

Yes, this promotion falls under our existing Plans Return Policy.

I’m locked in a contract with my current provider. Can I buy this promotion now and activate it later?

Yep. We’d love to be your getaway car, if you will. Once you purchase a new plan, you have up to 45 days to activate your SIM card. You can bring your current phone number to Mint or we’ll give you a new one. We’ll also let you know when that 45th day is approaching.
