If you’re a Mint Mobile subscriber and your phone has been lost or stolen, follow these steps as soon as you can: Try locating your phone using iPhone’s Find Devices app or Android’s Find My Device app Alert our Care team by calling (800) 683-7392 and we’ll lock the account to prevent unauthorized usage (this is optional) Note: This doesn’t pause your service, it just prevents someone from using your phone for calls, texts or data If your phone is not found or returned, you’ll need either a new phone from Mint or another phone that is unlocked and compatible with Mint.
