What should I do if I’ve lost my phone?

If you’re a Mint Mobile subscriber and your phone has been lost or stolen, follow these steps as soon as you can: 

  1. Try locating your phone using iPhone’s Find Devices app or Android’s Find My Device app
  2. Alert our Care team by calling (800) 683-7392 and we’ll lock the account to prevent unauthorized usage (this is optional)
    • Note: This doesn’t pause your service, it just prevents someone from using your phone for calls, texts or data 
  3. If your phone is not found or returned, you’ll need either a new phone from Mint or another phone that is unlocked and compatible with Mint. Once your new phone arrives, download & log in to the Mint Mobile app
  4. Call our Care team again at (800) 683-7392 and they’ll help you set up your Mint service on your new phone
