By participating in Mint Mobile’s Refer-a-Friend program, you agree to abide by these Refer-a-Friend Terms and Conditions (“RAF T&Cs”), the Mint Mobile Terms and Conditions , Mint Mobile’s Privacy Policy and any additional terms (and amended by us), including the terms, policies and practices provided to you and/or published on the web.
The Mint Mobile Refer-a-Friend Program
The Mint Mobile Refer-a-Friend program (“Program”) is available for active subscribers on eligible Mint Mobile monthly plans for new-line activations on Mint Mobile. Both the “Advocate” (existing Mint Mobile customer) and the “Friend” (potential new Mint Mobile customer) must be of the age of majority in the state/province or jurisdiction where each is a resident at the time of participation.
The Advocate must have an eligible and active Mint account to participate in the Program. If an Advocate’s account is in a canceled status (i.e., occurs 60 days after a subscriber’s renewal date passes without payment for service), the Advocate customer may not make referrals, earn Program credits, and will also lose previously earned credits.
Advocate: With each successful referral, Advocates may potentially earn a service account credit of $45 for each referral. There is a maximum of four (4) referrals per Advocate per calendar year (i.e., January 1st to December 31st), with a maximum of $600 in account credits each year. Credits will be posted to the Advocate’s account no sooner than fifteen (15) days after the referred Friend has successfully activated service.
Friend: Friends may earn $15 credit when signing up for service. Friend must activate a new Mint Mobile account. All credits will be posted to the Friend’s account no sooner than fifteen (15) days after the Friend has activated service. Friends may still earn the $15 credit for referrals made by an Advocate above the four (4) referral limit per calendar year. Account credits are only valid towards service plan payments and cannot be redeemed/exchanged for cash or merchandise.
Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to individual Mint Mobile customers only. Mint Mobile’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses, organizations, or individuals for affiliate lead generation, as determined in Mint Mobile’s sole discretion.
Void Where Prohibited: This Program is void where prohibited by law.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE PROGRAM IS MADE AVAILABLE TO YOU ON AN “AS IS” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. NEITHER MINT MOBILE NOR ANY OF ITS AFFILIATES, THROUGH THESE PROGRAM TERMS, MAKES ANY WARRANTY REGARDING THE PROGRAM, AND EACH EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR BUSINESS, ITS PARENT OR ANY OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES OR DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, USE, OR DATA AS A RESULT OF CLAIMS, WHETHER BROUGHT IN CONTRACT OR TORT, ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THESE PROGRAM TERMS OR THE PROGRAM, EVEN IF CLIENT HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
We reserve the right to void any Referral credit based on the following: (1) ineligibility of any Program participant, (2) engaging in fraudulent activation, fraudulent behavior or unethical conduct, as determined by Mint Mobile in its sole discretion, that compromises the fairness and integrity of the Program in any way. Such fraudulent and/or unethical activity may include but is not limited to: using bots, fictitious identities, fake emails, or scripts; sharing or posting referral codes that may result in fraudulent activations, and other unethical activities are prohibited and will result in termination of your Mint Mobile account, voiding continued participation in the Program, and/or voiding/disqualifying/cancelling any earned and/or awarded Program credits.
In addition, each Program participant agrees to:
Mint Mobile shall not be liable or responsible to any Advocate or Friend for: failure to supply any Program credits or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasigovernmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, threatened terrorist acts, air raid, blackout, earthquake, tornado, tsunami, war (declared or undeclared), fire, flood, epidemic, explosion, severe weather, or any other similar or dissimilar cause beyond any of the parties control.

Amendments
We reserve the right to change, alter, modify, or assign the RAF T&Cs at any time, without notice, at our sole discretion. Your participation in the Program at any time after Mint Mobile has altered, changed, modified or assigned the RAF T&Cs will constitute your agreement to such changes.
Other Terms and Conditions
These RAF T&Cs are in addition to and do not in any way limit or alter Mint Mobile’s other terms and conditions, policies, and/or agreements pursuant to which our business allows you to participate in the Program.
Acceptance and Jurisdiction
By participating in the Program, you agree that you have read, understand and will abide, and be bound, by these RAF T&Cs. These RAF T&Cs shall be governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of the State of California without regard to the conflict or choice of law rules thereof. The federal and state courts in Orange County, California shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising hereunder and by participating in the program you consent to same.
