You may only activate your Mint trial plan through the Mint Mobile app available on iOS and Android platforms. Data rates may apply. A valid email, telephone number, mailing address, and credit card are required to redeem a Mint trial plan, which may be requested through the Mint Mobile app. Only one free trial plan per customer. Additional trial plans may be purchased for $5.00 at participating third-party distributors.
Each trial plan includes Mint Mobile service with up to 250 SMS messages, 250 voice minutes, and 250 MB of 5G and/or 4G LTE data at speeds no less than 64 kbps. 5G and/or 4G LTE access requires a capable device and SIM or eSIM within an appropriate coverage area. Actual availability, speed, and coverage may vary. Your trial plan may be deactivated on the earlier of your consumption of all the SMS messages, voice minutes, and data available through your trial, but in no event will the trial last longer than seven days.
After your initial trial plan, you may choose to purchase an additional trial plan for $5.00 at participating third-party distributors. For trial plans that were purchased for $5.00, at any time during your trial, you may either: (i) convert to a full Mint Mobile service plan; or (ii) request a full $5.00 refund from https://www.mintmobile.com/return-policy/ or by calling a Mint Customer Care agent at (800)683-7392. Your trial plan may be deactivated before or after approval of your refund, which will be processed within seven (7) calendar days. Mint Mobile will only issue refunds for purchases of the trial plan (or See For Yourself Kit) made through the Mint Mobile app or select third-party retailers.
Mint Mobile service is not available in all areas. All international long-distance service included in the Mint service is provided by PLD, LLC, which is not affiliated with Mint Mobile. Use of the Mint Mobile service is subject to the Mint Terms & Conditions (available at mintmobile.com/plan-terms-and-conditions).
Your trial plan is not renewable and you must become a paid subscriber to the Mint Mobile service in order to continue your access to the Mint Mobile service. If you wish to transfer your mobile phone number from your existing carrier at the end of your trial plan, you may do so via the Mint Mobile app or purchase a new Mint Mobile service plan from mintmobile.com. Once you activate a standard Mint Mobile service plan, airtime expiration is subject to the terms of your plan.
