Mint Mobile’s tablet plan is a 12-month plan exclusively for tablets that existing Mint Mobile subscribers can purchase for $60/year (aka $5/mo).  It includes 3GB of high-speed data per month with 720 HD video streaming capability on T-Mobile’s 5G network.

Can I bring my own tablet to Mint?

Yes, you can bring your own tablet to Mint Mobile as long as it’s unlocked and compatible. Here’s what to check:

• Make sure it’s unlocked
  • If you purchased this from another carrier or have only used it with one carrier, contact them to confirm it’s fully paid-off and unlocked.
• Confirm it’s compatible and cellular-enabled
  • Search your tablet’s IMEI number using our compatibility checker to make sure it will work on our network. If you can’t find an IMEI in your tablet’s settings menu, or it shows as “Unknown,” your tablet most likely is enabled to work with Wi-Fi only, and won’t work with any cellular network including Mint’s.

How do I purchase a Mint tablet plan?

How you purchase a tablet plan depends on whether you currently have a Mint phone plan or just 5G Home MINTernet.

• If you have a Mint phone plan:
  • Log in to Account Management via the Mint app or the Mint Mobile website. From the menu, scroll down to Add Ons & Services and select Shop Tablet Plans.
• If you only have 5G Home MINTernet:
  • Call our Care team at (800) 683-7392 to purchase a Mint tablet plan. 

How do I activate my Mint tablet plan?

You activate your tablet plan after purchase. If you choose an eSIM plan, you can activate it immediately after purchase. If you choose a physical SIM card for your tablet plan, you can activate your plan once your SIM card arrives in the mail. How do I manage my Mint tablet plan?
