How to screen record on Android phones 

Despite there being many Android phone manufacturers, screen recording is the same across most of them thanks to the Screen Recorder feature:

1. Screen Recorder is located in your Quick Settings. Access by swiping down from the top of your screen.
2. Tap the Screen Recorder icon and give it permission to record your screen.
   • From here, you can select if you want sounds and screen touches recorded, too.
3. Tap Start recording; after the countdown finishes, the screen recording starts
4. When a video is stopped, the recording is finished and saved to your media storage. 

How to edit screen recordings on Android

Finished your recording? Time to get your edit on. Tap the edit icon and you can cut, crop, adjust colors, apply filters or add any markups you want. Want to adjust the length? Just drag the markers on either end to your desired start and end.

If you want to adjust your video, tap the edit icon to cut, crop, adjust coloration, apply filters or add pen, text or highlighter markups.

How to share screen recordings on Android
