What is Mint’s AchieveMINTs Program? 

Mint AchieveMINTs is a program where you can earn a limited-time $15 renewal credit by completing a few simple steps for your Mint Mobile account. As you complete each step, you’ll unlock fun digital badges (“AchieveMINTs”) – and once you collect them all, that $15 credit is all yours.

How do I earn the $15 renewal credit?

To earn the credit, you’ll have 45 days from activation to unlock all six badges by completing the required actions. It may take up to 24 hours after you unlock your badges for the renewal credit to be applied to your account. Once the $15 credit has been applied, you’ll receive a notification via email and SMS.

What are the badges and how do I unlock them?

There are six digital badges you can collect:

Do I have to complete every step?

Yes, in order to qualify for the $15 renewal credit, you must complete all six actions and unlock every badge.

How do I track my progress?

We’ll send you a reminder email at the halfway point of your 45-day window, and again when you have 5 days left. Each email shows which badges you’ve unlocked and which ones you still need to complete. You’ll also receive an email and SMS notification once you’ve collected all badges and earned your renewal credit.

When will I receive my renewal credit?

Once you’ve unlocked all badges, it may take up to 24 hours for your $15 renewal credit to be applied to your account. You’ll receive a confirmation via email and SMS once it’s been applied.

Am I required to participate in this program?

Nope. Participation in Mint AchieveMINTs is completely optional, though, you’ll earn your first badge automatically when you activate your plan. 

Can I opt out?

Yes. You can opt out at any time by clicking the opt-out link in the legal section of any Mint AchieveMINTs email.

Are there any restrictions?

• The $15 renewal credit is a limited-time offer
• It can’t be combined with other offers
• It is non-transferable and has no cash value
